  • Returns are only possible under the following circumstances!

    Items with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect product, you must contact us info@SheRides.nl within 14 days of delivery and send clear photos for a reprint or refund.

    Should there be another reason why you wish to return the product, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

    •When is the customer eligible for a reprint or refund?

    Manufacturing defects and damage:

    If a product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product has been received, the customer may receive a reprint or refund.

    Lost in transit:

    If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer may also claim a reprint or refund, but the customer will pay the additional costs themselves.

    The customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery and attach photos of the problem.
