Thank you for your order at She Rides! Below you’ll find our shipping policy. Since our products are produced and shipped through Printify, delivery times may vary depending on the product.

1. Production & Processing

All products are made on demand after you place an order.

Processing time usually takes 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands & Europe: 5–10 business days after shipping.
• United States: 15-30 business days after shipping.

👉 Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or external shipping carriers.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the product and delivery address.

If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to EU and VS

For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us at: info@sherides.nl

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure to carefully check your shipping address during checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
