Refund policy
Returns are only possible under the following conditions!
For items with a production defect, damage, or an incorrect product, you must contact us within 14 days after delivery via; info@sherides.nl and provide clear photos in order to receive a replacement or refund.
When the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund
Production defects and damage:
If a product is damaged, has a production defect, or the wrong product has been received, the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund.
Lost in transit:
If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer may also be eligible for a replacement or refund.
The customer must contact us within 14 days after delivery and include photos of the issue.
