Welcome to She Rides! These Terms of Service apply to the use of our website and webshop via www.sherides.nl

1. General

These terms apply to all offers, orders, purchases, and agreements concluded through our webshop.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Orders

All products on our website are described as clearly and accurately as possible. Any errors or mistakes are not binding.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is only concluded once we have accepted your order.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).

Any shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment must be made in full using the available payment methods before the order is shipped.

 

4. Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible but are estimates and not binding.

The risk of damage or loss transfers to you once the order has been delivered.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal), except for products that are:

  • custom-made or personalized (most products on sherides.nl are personalized)

  • hygienic or health-sensitive items where the seal has been broken

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.


6. Warranty and Complaints

we strive to deliver high-quality products. if there is a defect, please contact us at info@sherides.nl

7. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of our products or from incorrect or incomplete information on the website.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order to which the damage relates.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of She Rides and may not be used or copied without permission.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
